• Am I learning and growing?
• If I stay where I am, where will I be personally and professionally in; three years, five years and ten years?
• When I get ready to leave for work, how do I feel?
• When I get home how do your family and friends think you feel?
• Am I comfortable in my work environment?
• Do I enjoy the company of my workmates and do I learn from them?
• Are the things I dislike most about my job resolvable?
• Does my current job fit in with these personal goals?
• Do I have skills that are not being fully utilised?
• Do I have skills that could be better used in another area? What are they?
• Am I really prepared to make a change?
